一、产品定位
ECGLink 是一款用于 Apple Watch 心电图记录查看、HRV 趋势参考、PDF 报告导出与症状备注的辅助性健康工具。
ECGLink 不是医疗器械，不提供疾病诊断、治疗建议、处方建议或紧急医疗服务。本应用展示的 ECG 波形、HRV、心率、参考指标和健康提示，仅供个人健康记录和生活方式参考，不能替代合格专业人员提供的意见。
二、我们收集或访问的信息类型
1. 健康与运动数据
在您明确授权后，ECGLink 可能通过 Apple Health / HealthKit 读取 Apple Watch ECG 心电图记录、ECG 波形采样数据、记录时间、平均心率、心律分类结果、HRV 心率变异性、静息心率、步数、睡眠时长、活动热量及相关历史趋势数据。
这些数据仅用于展示 ECG 波形、计算或展示 HRV 和 R-R 间期、生成 ECG PDF 报告、展示个人参考趋势和症状备注。
2. 用户主动填写的信息
您可能在应用中主动填写或选择 PDF 报告显示姓名、症状记录、症状备注、生活习惯打卡记录、语言设置、主题颜色设置及 VIP / 订阅状态。
3. 购买与订阅信息
如果您购买 ECGLink 的高级功能或订阅服务，支付流程由 Apple App Store / StoreKit 处理。我们不会收集、存储或接触您的银行卡号、信用卡号、Apple ID 密码、支付账户密码或完整支付凭证。
三、我们如何使用信息
我们使用上述信息用于提供 ECG 波形查看、HRV 与心率趋势展示、PDF 报告生成、症状记录、个人参考趋势、语言和主题设置、购买和恢复购买等功能。
ECGLink 不会将 HealthKit 健康数据用于广告、营销画像、第三方数据交易或与健康管理无关的用途。
四、用户协议与 Apple 标准 EULA

五、数据存储方式
ECGLink 当前采用本地优先的数据处理方式。您的 ECG 数据、健康趋势数据、症状记录、习惯记录、PDF 报告姓名、语言设置、主题设置、VIP 状态等，主要保存在您设备的本地沙盒或本地缓存中。
我们目前不运营用于接收、存储 ECG 波形或健康数据的云端服务器。除非您主动通过系统分享面板、邮件、聊天工具、云盘或其他第三方渠道导出 PDF 报告，否则相关健康数据不会由 ECGLink 主动上传给我们。
六、HealthKit 数据说明
ECGLink 可能请求访问 Apple Health / HealthKit 中的健康数据。Apple 要求应用必须获得用户明确授权后，才能读取或写入 HealthKit 数据。您可以在 iOS 系统设置或 Apple Health App 中随时查看、修改或撤销授权。
ECGLink 对 HealthKit 数据遵循以下原则：仅在授权后读取；仅读取实现 ECG 查看、参考指标和报告功能所需的数据；不将 HealthKit 数据用于广告或营销；不出售、出租或交易 HealthKit 数据；不将 HealthKit 数据上传到我们的服务器；不在未经您主动操作的情况下向第三方披露 HealthKit 数据。
七、PDF 报告与分享
ECGLink 支持生成 ECG PDF 报告。报告中可能包含 ECG 波形、记录时间、设备信息、平均心率、HRV、ECG 参考区间、心律分类、您设置的姓名和其他参考指标。
PDF 报告默认在本地生成。只有当您主动点击分享、保存、发送或导出时，报告才可能通过 iOS 系统分享能力传递给您选择的第三方 App 或服务。
八、我们是否共享个人信息
除您主动分享、法律法规依法要求、Apple 提供的 StoreKit / App Store 系统服务外，我们不会向第三方共享您的个人健康数据。
九、我们不会做的事情
- 不出售您的个人信息或健康数据；
- 不使用 HealthKit 数据投放广告；
- 不基于健康数据进行商业营销画像；
- 不将 ECG 波形上传至我们的服务器；
- 不主动向第三方共享您的 ECG、HRV、心率、睡眠等健康数据；
- 不在未经授权的情况下读取 Apple Health 数据；
- 不提供医疗诊断结论或处方建议。
十、儿童与未成年人隐私
ECGLink 面向具有自主健康管理需求的成年人使用。如果您是未成年人，请在父母或监护人指导下使用本应用。若您未满十四周岁，请勿在未经监护人同意的情况下使用本应用或填写个人信息。
十一、您的权利
根据适用法律法规，您有权查询、复制、更正、删除您的个人信息，撤回 HealthKit 授权，停止使用服务，或对个人信息处理规则进行咨询和投诉。由于 ECGLink 当前主要采用本地存储方式，许多信息只保存在您的设备中，您可以通过 App 内设置、iOS Health 权限管理、删除 App 或删除已导出的 PDF 文件进行管理。
十二、数据保存期限
本地数据通常会保存在您的设备中，直到您在 App 内删除、卸载 App、清除应用数据、系统清理本地缓存，或相关数据不再为功能所必需。订阅和购买记录由 Apple 根据 App Store 规则处理。
十三、数据安全措施
我们采取合理措施保护您的信息安全，包括本地处理、最小必要数据读取、HealthKit 权限机制、系统沙盒、本地缓存、Apple StoreKit 支付、用户主动触发 PDF 分享等。但任何系统都无法保证绝对安全，请您妥善保管设备、系统密码、Apple ID、导出的 PDF 文件和分享渠道。
十四、第三方服务
ECGLink 可能涉及 Apple Health / HealthKit、Apple StoreKit / App Store、iOS 系统分享能力等系统或第三方服务。上述服务由 Apple 或系统提供，其数据处理规则适用 Apple 的隐私政策、App Store 条款和相关协议。
十五、跨境传输说明
ECGLink 当前不主动将您的 ECG、HRV、心率、睡眠、步数等健康数据上传至境外服务器。但如果您主动使用第三方 App、云盘、邮件或聊天工具分享 PDF 报告，相关文件可能根据您选择的服务发生跨境传输。
十六、自动化决策说明
ECGLink 可能基于本地算法生成长寿健康评分、HRV 趋势提示、睡眠或恢复参考、习惯完成提示、ECG 指标参考信息。这些结果仅用于健康管理参考，不用于法律、金融、保险、就业、信用或其他重大权益决策，也不用于差别定价或商业营销画像。
十七、隐私政策更新
我们可能根据产品功能变化、法律法规要求或 App Store 审核要求更新本隐私政策。如发生重大变更，我们会在 App 内或官网页面更新版本。更新后的政策自发布之日起生效。

ECGLink Terms & Privacy Policy
1. Product Positioning
ECGLink is a personal wellness app for Apple Watch ECG review, HRV trend reference, PDF report export, and symptom notes.
ECGLink is not a medical device. It does not provide disease diagnosis, treatment advice, prescriptions, or emergency medical services. ECG waveforms, HRV, heart rate, reference metrics, and wellness prompts shown in the app are for personal wellness tracking and lifestyle reference only. They do not replace advice from qualified professionals.
2. Information We Collect or Access
2.1 Health and Fitness Data
With your explicit permission, ECGLink may read data from Apple Health / HealthKit, including Apple Watch ECG records, ECG waveform samples, recording time, average heart rate, rhythm classification, HRV, resting heart rate, steps, sleep duration, active calories, and related historical trend data.
This data is used only to display ECG waveforms, calculate or display HRV and R-R intervals, generate ECG PDF reports, calculate an on-device longevity score, show health trends, and provide lifestyle reference prompts.
2.2 Information You Enter
You may voluntarily enter or select information such as the name shown on PDF reports, symptom records, symptom notes, lifestyle habit check-ins, language settings, theme color settings, and VIP / subscription status.
2.3 Purchases and Subscriptions
If you purchase premium features or subscriptions, payment is processed by Apple App Store / StoreKit. We do not collect, store, or access your bank card number, credit card number, Apple ID password, payment account password, or complete payment credentials.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information above to provide ECG waveform review, HRV and heart-rate trend display, PDF report generation, symptom records, personal reference trends, language and theme settings, purchases, and purchase restoration.
ECGLink does not use HealthKit health data for advertising, marketing profiling, third-party data trading, or purposes unrelated to health management.
4. Terms of Use and Apple Standard EULA
Your use of ECGLink is governed by these Terms & Privacy Policy and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA). You can review the Apple Standard EULA at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
5. Data Storage
ECGLink is designed with local-first data handling. ECG data, health trends, symptom records, habit records, report name, language settings, theme settings, and VIP status are primarily stored in your device sandbox or local cache.
We currently do not operate a cloud server for receiving or storing ECG waveforms or health data. Unless you actively export or share a PDF report through the system share sheet, email, messaging tools, cloud drives, or other third-party channels, health data is not actively uploaded to us by ECGLink.
6. HealthKit Data
ECGLink may request access to Apple Health / HealthKit data. Apple requires apps to obtain explicit user authorization before reading or writing HealthKit data. You can review, modify, or revoke authorization at any time in iOS Settings or the Apple Health app.
For HealthKit data, ECGLink follows these principles: data is read only after authorization; only data necessary for ECG review, reference metrics, and reports is accessed; HealthKit data is not used for advertising or marketing; HealthKit data is not sold, rented, or traded; HealthKit data is not uploaded to our servers; and HealthKit data is not disclosed to third parties unless you actively choose to share it.
7. PDF Reports and Sharing
ECGLink can generate ECG PDF reports. A report may include ECG waveform, recording time, device information, average heart rate, HRV, ECG reference intervals, rhythm classification, the name you set, and other reference metrics.
PDF reports are generated locally by default. A report may be transferred to a third-party app or service only when you actively tap share, save, send, or export through iOS system sharing features.
8. Sharing of Personal Information
We do not share your personal health data with third parties except when you actively share it, when required by applicable laws and lawful requests, or when Apple provides system services such as StoreKit / App Store purchase processing.
9. What We Do Not Do
- We do not sell your personal information or health data.
- We do not use HealthKit data for advertising.
- We do not build marketing profiles from health data.
- We do not upload ECG waveforms to our servers.
- We do not actively share ECG, HRV, heart rate, sleep, or other health data with third parties.
- We do not read Apple Health data without authorization.
- We do not provide medical diagnosis or prescription advice.
10. Children and Minors
ECGLink is intended for adults with personal wellness management needs. If you are a minor, please use the app under the guidance of a parent or guardian. If you are under 14 years old, do not use the app or enter personal information without consent from your parent or guardian.
11. Your Rights
Subject to applicable laws, you may have the right to access, copy, correct, or delete your personal information, revoke HealthKit authorization, stop using the service, and contact us about our personal information practices. Since ECGLink primarily stores data locally, many records exist only on your device. You can manage them through in-app settings, iOS Health permissions, deleting the app, or deleting exported PDF files.
12. Data Retention
Local data generally remains on your device until you delete it in the app, uninstall the app, clear app data, the system clears local cache, or the data is no longer necessary for app functionality. Subscription and purchase records are handled by Apple under App Store rules.
13. Data Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including local processing, minimal necessary data access, HealthKit permission controls, system sandboxing, local caching, Apple StoreKit payment processing, and user-triggered PDF sharing. However, no system can guarantee absolute security. Please protect your device, passcode, Apple ID, exported PDF files, and sharing channels.
14. Third-Party Services
ECGLink may involve Apple Health / HealthKit, Apple StoreKit / App Store, and iOS system sharing features. These services are provided by Apple or the operating system and are governed by Apple privacy policies, App Store terms, and related agreements.
15. Cross-Border Transfer
ECGLink does not actively upload your ECG, HRV, heart rate, sleep, steps, or other health data to overseas servers. If you actively share a PDF report through a third-party app, cloud drive, email, or messaging service, the file may be transferred according to the service you choose.
16. Automated Decision-Making
ECGLink may use local algorithms to generate a longevity score, HRV trend prompts, sleep or recovery references, habit completion prompts, and ECG metric reference information. These outputs are for wellness reference only and are not used for legal, financial, insurance, employment, credit, or other significant decisions. They are not used for differential pricing or commercial marketing profiling.
17. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy based on product changes, legal requirements, or App Store review requirements. If material changes occur, we will update the policy in the app or on the website. The updated policy becomes effective when published.
